Cosmetic variant of the Body Armor piece of the DIY Attack Set.

Purchased from the Hernia for 10, the battery packs on the back of the coat emit an electricity effect. The first upgrade costs only 1 SPL and no materials, while all other upgrades are the same as the original. The stats are exactly the same, however it will grant additional Funshots. This blueprint may not always be available in the Hernia.
